We are thrilled to announce that Neil Williams joins us as Chief Technology Officer, bringing with him a wealth of experience ready to lead our technology team to new heights.
Neil joins Credas from Sero, where he served as interim CTO. He has an impressive history of 20+ years at BT Group in a range of senior technology roles, as well as leadership positions at Alcumus and ActiveQuote. At BT, Williams played a key role in establishing the company’s digital centre of excellence and led high-profile project launches including BT.com and BT Sport.
In his new role with us, Neil will lead our technology roadmap, focusing on scaling operations to meet growing compliance demands in regulated industries worldwide. With the launch of the Credas Compliance Wallet, ensuring that our IT infrastructure meets the highest standards for scalable and secure platforms is critical to achieving our ambitions for widespread adoption of digital ID.
We caught up with him to discuss his new role:

Outside of his role at Credas, Neil is an Ambassador at Velindre Cancer Centre, Credas’ core charity. The team is organising a charity football match in August, with proceeds going to the Centre.
