Credas Shortlisted for Wales Technology Awards 2018

We are delighted to announce that Credas has been nominated for two awards at this year’s Wales Technology Awards.

We have been shortlisted in the ‘Sir Michael Moritz Start-up of the Year’ and ‘Innovative Product of the Year’ categories.

Our CEO Rhys is delighted to be amongst such great company.

It’s fantastic to be shortlisted for ‘Sir Michael Moritz Start-up of the Year’ and ‘Innovative Product of the Year’ awards. Credas are proud to be part of the Awards Gala Dinner on the 3rd May.

Good luck to all those nominated, in our category and across all the categories. No matter who the winners are, the awards night will be a celebration of what is good in Welsh Tech right now and I’m very excited about Credas being a part of that.

We’ve been working extremely hard to develop our industry-leading ID Capture and Verification solution. We don’t do it for the awards – but we are rather chuffed to be named amongst top innovators from Wales tech.

We launched our product in May 2017 with the aim to provide a simple, quick and secure way of verifying someone’s identity using real-time facial recognition technology. Over the past 11-months, we have achieved some great things, and to be able to collect some awards as we approach our first year anniversary would be a great achievement.

The Wales Technology winners will be announced at the awards gala ceremony on the evening of the 3rd May at City Hall, Cardiff, where we hope we’ll be coming away with a brace of awards.
