Credas and FCSA partner for Right to Work checks

Credas have partnered with the FCSA to offer its members and supply partners access to their certified Right to Work solution so they can remain compliant with the latest Home Office guidelines.

The FCSA is the leading membership body for umbrella employers, contractor accountants and CIS payroll services providers with over 70 member firms that support more than 170,000 contractors. As an independent non-profit organization, they help their members keep up-to-date with the latest legislative changes while raising standards and setting best practice in the employment services sector

Recent changes to Right to Work legislation have prevented companies from using video conferencing to verify new employees’ ID documents. Businesses can continue to remotely verify new employees but should instead use a certified Identity Service Provider whose technology offers a higher level of confidence. As one of the first cohorts of companies to be certified against the UK Government’s Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework, the FCSA reached out to see how they could best serve their members.

Tim Barnett “The FCSA are a very proactive association that takes compliance very seriously and set very high-standards for their members. Through this partnership, all of their members can be assured that their processes are fully compliant with the latest Home Office guidelines while streamlining their Right to Work checks.”

Members will be able to take full advantage of our Right to Work checks which utilise biometric facial recognition and NFC technology to validate and confirm claimed identities.
