HOW DO I USE THE CREDAS APP?

CAN I SEND REMINDERS TO CUSTOMERS TO COMPLETE THEIR VERIFICATION?

You can send up to 3 reminders to customers for any verifications not yet completed on your dashboard. In addition, we can also setup automated reminders if required.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS SUBMITTED THEIR INFORMATION?

When a customer completes their verification, the status in your dashboard changes to ‘Submitted’. In addition, you can setup notifications within your portal to be notified by email of any new submissions.

WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE A SMART PHONE?

We also have a web application (https://verify.credas.com) which can be used on all modern browsers.

CAN I USE CREDAS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?

Yes, you can send verifications to International customers.

HOW DO I DELETE DATA FROM THE PORTAL?

If a customer has submitted their data, send your request to support@credas.com and we can arrange full removal of all data.

HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY PORTAL?

You can login to your portal by selecting : portal.credas.com

WHICH DEVICES ARE SUPPORTED?

The Credas mobile App can be used on all iPhone and Android devices with a suitable memory to support the App as advised from time to time and requires iOS 13.0 or later (for Apple) and 6.0 or later (for Android). The web App can be used on the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox.
