| those employees, agents and independent contractors who are authorised by You to manage Your Account and contract on Your behalf and use the Services and the Documentation as a User. |

| those Products, Services or Features that are identified as Bespoke in the relevant description in the Commercial Terms Sheet. Unlike a Custom Product, Service or Feature, You shall not own the Intellectual Property Rights. |

| means any change of Applicable Law which impacts on the Agreement or any Services or Products after the date of this Agreement. |

| means the statement of work which sets out the requirements, terms and timescales pursuant to an Order made by you for Our Products, Services and Features which may incorporate a Project Plan or Requirements Document. |

| Our support policy from time to time setting out the nature and terms of Support, including (where applicable where You have subscribed for the appropriate option) Enhanced Support that We provide to customers. |
