Account Deletion Request 

Step 1: Contact the Company 

You must contact the company that requested you to complete a process on the Credas app to ask them to delete your account and data. If you’re in the middle of a process (e.g., buying or selling a house), the involved parties may need access to your data for a defined period to complete the process. 

Once you’ve contacted the company, they will confirm they’ve received your request and will begin the process. 

Step 2: Company Review 

If they agree to the deletion request, they will contact Credas to request the deletion of your data. Credas will process the request within 30 days from the moment the company contacts us. 

Step 3: Confirmation 

Once Credas completes the deletion, we’ll notify the company, who will then confirm the deletion with you.
