This renewal announcement is shared as the auction market continues to gain momentum, growing by 56% in the first quarter of 2023 compared to 2022, according to iamproperty’s new Online Auction Index, as more vendors are seeking an alternative method of sale with the benefit of speed and security. iamproperty’s Partner Agents can utilise the Credas platform to support their sales in this active market by speeding up their compliance checks and reducing manual mitigation.
