We are pleased to announce that our AML platform can now be integrated directly into LexisNexis’ Visualfiles legal case and workflow management platform.
The new integration is possible thanks to a partnership with software development specialists Rubix Software.
With legal firms facing increasing pressure from the regulators to keep up with their AML obligations while juggling customer demands, streamlining the number of platforms they need to use will bring significant improvements.
The integration seamlessly links Visualfiles and Credas meaning that there is no more entering information into different systems. Visualfiles users will be able to initiate an ID check with just one click and automatically check their customers against the latest watchlists.
Once the customer has completed their Credas check, the information, including copies of their ID documents, results of a PEPs and Sanctions checks will appear within the associated Visualfiles matter.
